Pelican Grand Unveils Atlantic Ballroom & Terrace

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. -- Feb. 25, 2015 -- As one of the only true beachfront, boutique hotels in Fort Lauderdale, Pelican Grand Beach Resort, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection, announces the completion of the brand new, 1,400 sq. ft. Atlantic Ballroom and Terrace, as part of a multi-million dollar expansion project. Ideal for innovative events, distinguished meetings and unforgettable weddings up to 120 people, the Atlantic Ballroom touts incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps from the beach, while the Atlantic Terrace located directly above provides a roof top location with an outdoor setting. Both have been created with a sophisticated coastal-chic design, embodying the essence of Florida with its natural tones and spectacular oceanfront views.

“We have poured a lot of energy and planning into the transformation of Pelican Grand Beach Resort, and are proud to reveal the completion our new meeting and event space while unveiling elements involved in phase two,” said Bob Keesler, General Manager of Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. “We provide the highest level of customization and flexibility to each guest and every group, allowing us to exceed guests expectations and add to their memories. Enticing enrichments involve the creation of a 12th floor penthouse, boasting panoramic views from a 75 ft. terrace and a private dining room for eight guests complete with an exclusive elevator. To help complete what today’s travelers are expecting, green and environmentally friendly “PURE Spa,” based on the Swedish lifestyle, overlooks the sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean from an elite suite with three-indoor and two-outdoor treatment rooms.

Other new accompaniments include the 11th floor 2,055 sq. ft. Ocean View Ballroom with floor-to- ceiling glass windows opening up onto a balcony, topped off on the 12th floor by a new 3,700 sq. ft. Ocean View Terrace and Gazebo, offering magnificent views whether looking south down Fort Lauderdale Beach or catching glimpses of the intercostal waterway to the west. The Ocean View spaces will effortlessly accommodate up to 150 people for meetings, weddings and other social events.
